Terms of Service

1. The service

Growth Audit scans a website you provide and reports on SEO, performance, accessibility, conversion and local SEO signals it detects, then offers recommendations. You can run a one-off audit with no account, or create a free account to save a website and monitor it automatically over time.

2. Plans

Free (£0) includes 1 monitored website, weekly scans, website health tracking and push notifications.

Pro (£5/mo) includes up to 5 monitored websites, daily scans, competitor monitoring, AI Coach and weekly AI reports.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, with no partial refund for the remaining days. We don't offer refunds for partial months, except where required by law.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and only add websites you own or are authorised to audit and monitor.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to scan websites you don't own or don't have permission to audit.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits or other technical restrictions.
• Use the service to build a competing product, or resell access to it.
• Use the service in any way that's unlawful, abusive or disrupts it for other users.

5. Accuracy of results

Audit results, scores and AI Coach guidance are generated automatically and are provided as a starting point for improving your website — not as a guarantee of any outcome (such as improved rankings, traffic or enquiries). You're responsible for reviewing and validating any recommendation before acting on it.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Growth Audit available and monitoring running on schedule, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and scheduled scans may occasionally be delayed (for example during maintenance or a third-party outage).

7. Limitation of liability

Growth Audit is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dean Da Dev is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on audit results or AI Coach guidance.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, misuse the service, or where we're required to for legal reasons.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Growth Audit after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
